Ghost Adventures: Nights 2 and 3
For the second and third night of my trip, I will be staying in the most haunted hotel in Chicago. The Congress Plaza has a pretty colorful history. Built for the World's Fair in 1893 that gave us the Ferris Wheel, Columbia (the mascot of America before Uncle Sam) and Holmes Murder Castle. Al Capone hung out there. There have been suicides and all sorts of unpleasantness in the hotel. The 12th floor is supposed to be the most haunted overall but room 441 is the real "no fly" zone. A woman kicks your bed while you sleep. When you wake up, she is standing over you, telling you to GTFO. Done and done! I just watched a 13 minute video where some girls from Wisconsin try to find evidence of the supernatural in the hotel over a weekend but nothing actually happens. Will I see Al Capone?
